THRESHOLDS PRIVACY NOTICE

THRESHOLDS International Short Story Forum is part of the University of Chichester.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
THRESHOLDS will collect any personal information you provide when you sign up through the website, such as your name and email address. We will then add your details to our mailing list to send you newsletters by email, and let you know about forthcoming events, opportunities and publications that might interest you. You can withdraw your consent to receive this information, or update your preferences, at any time by emailing thresholds@chi.ac.uk. Your personal information is held securely until the mailing list is terminated or you unsubscribe (whichever comes first), at which point your personal data will be securely deleted.

We will never share your personal data with anyone else. You can request to check what personal data we hold about you, and request to be removed from our records entirely, at any time by contacting thresholds@chi.ac.uk.

INFORMATION WE RECEIVE
We receive anonymised technical data about visitors to our website from various third parties and public sources. This does not include any identifiable information and IP addresses are not stored. Anonymised aggregated information, including the geographical locations of visitors to our site, may be shared with funding bodies and used as part of our business development.
